Attorney Amy Cann combines legal knowledge, real-world business experience, and empathy to deliver practical guidance as a trusted advocate for organizations and individuals navigating business, employment, personal, and technology-related legal challenges.
A determined advocate, Amy successfully won her first case before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, demonstrating her commitment to protecting her clients’ interests. Prior to establishing her own law firm, she practiced at McLane Middleton, PC, and owned a consulting company serving businesses throughout New England.
Amy holds a law degree from the University of Maine School of Law and an MBA along with professional certifications in data privacy and cybersecurity. This blend of legal, business, and technological knowledge equips her to understand and address the complex issues facing modern organizations.
In addition to her legal practice, Amy is co-chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association Solo/Small Practice Group, leads workshops at the University of New Hampshire, and is a regular National Business Institute (NBI) speaker—known for her depth of knowledge and engaging presence, Amy translates complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance.
When she’s not practicing law, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, playing soccer, traveling, reading, supporting local animal and wildlife rescues, and relaxing at the beach.
